Warren Flavin studied Architectural Technology in Waterford Institute of Technology graduating with First Class Honours. After Working as an Architectural Technologist for 12 Years he returned to Study Architecture in Waterford Institute of Technology Graduating with a B.Arch.

Warren was a Director in the Practice of O'Neill Hennessy Flavin & Associates for 5 Years.

During this time he has delivered projects that range in size from House Extensions, Office Buildings, Community Centres and Multi Unit Housing developments.
