What we do

 

WFA believe that a collaborative relationship with the client is the best way to deliver a quality project. Each project begins with a detailed discussion  of the clients wishes for the design. A detailed assesment and analysis of the site is then carried out. Important elements such as orientation, context and any other condition are recorded and will inform and be optimised in the proposed design solution.

An initial concept design is discusssed and developed in close consultation with the client. Detailed drawings are developed to facilitate a planning application and the careful managing of the project through the planning process. Detailed construction drawings and specifications are prepared and issued to select contractors.

 

WFA Approach

Although each project is unique we believe that a focus on  orientation and access to natural light , visual connections between spaces internally,  connections between inside and out, movement and materiality will deliver quality design for any project regardless of scale or budget.
